They recommended all services such as staging, house and carpet cleaning, painter; we did that small investment but it made a difference when putting the house on the market. House was sold in 21 days.

Nice company, quick response, friendly service. We used Shane Thorpe, a wonderful realtor. He's gone way above the call of duty for us. As an out of town buyer, we needed someone with exceptional communication skills, Shane was just the guy. Shane was able to give us info from schools to repairmen. He would run out and film properties we were interested in which helped us 'see' the properties without being there. We picked a foreclosed property (eek!, sorry Shane :/ ) a whole lotta work for poor Shane. When we were stressing, Shane kept a cool head and made things work. Rhonda Roberts is awesome... she works fast and returns call quickly. She worked with us when we were on the other side of the country and even when the deal fell thru she was more than happy to work with us again. Now we have the perfect house in record time, 2 weeks from the offer till closing.
